At Srujan Prakashan, we take pride in providing quality books to our customers. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to assist you with returns under specific conditions. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong book.
  • The book you received is damaged, defective, or physically tampered with during shipping.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You no longer want the book or changed your mind after purchase.
  • You ordered the wrong book or entered incorrect shipping details.
  • You are returning an item after the return window has expired.
  • Digital books (eBooks or PDFs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  1. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (in case of damage or incorrect item)
  1. Return Approval

After reviewing your request:

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the book to us.
  • Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (unless damaged during delivery).
  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged book), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In any other approved return cases, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If eligible, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  1. Cancellation of Return Request

You may cancel a return request before the item is picked up or dispatched back to us. Once we receive the item, the process cannot be reversed.
