At Srujan Prakashan, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality books and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective book.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was not delivered within the promised time due to reasons within our control.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed.
  • You ordered the wrong book or provided incorrect delivery information.
  • Digital products (eBooks or PDFs) once delivered are non-refundable.
  1. Time Frame to Request a Refund

You must submit a refund request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

  1. Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If rejected:

  • We will explain the reason for the denial and may offer store credit as an alternative in some cases.
  1. Exchange Instead of Refund

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on stock availability. You will be informed about the available options once we review your request.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
